The Briggs Agency was established in 1946 with its headquarters in Gary, Indiana.  In 1986, the business moved to its present offices on U.S. 30 in Merrillville, Indiana.

The agency serves the insurance needs of several thousand families and businesses throughout northern Indiana and Illinois.
